 Review of Bode Plots

 Old Corrections for Lecture sldies:
 Lecture Set 3: A new version was posted on 1/21 (1:30 p.m.) to fix the extra box on slide 26 and correct missing info for Discrete CG Amps (slide 33).
 Problem Set 3: A new version was posted on 1/25 (1:30 p.m.) to fix the calculations on slide 8 (Rs1 should be 3k not 2k), changing Av1 to 0.86 and Av to -3.43
 Lecture Set 4: A new version was posted on 1/29. The PMOS current mirror transistors in slides 32 and 36 were upside down, they are fixed in the above pdf file. I have added two slides 32 and 37 as new slides as animations were not coming out properly in the pdf file.
 Lecture Set 5A: A new version was posted on 2/14 (3 p.m.) to fix typos indentified in the class, slide 22: id1=id2 (id1=-id2 is incorrec), Slide 25: Added notation that ro is ignored, Slide 26 & 27, common mode circuit explicity shows zero current in RL, Slide 29: Ad=-0.5 gm RD (0.5 was dropped),
